997.1 GT3's

Just noticed that this 997.1 GT3 has sold and knowing Paragon it wont have been far off asking price, that's a low miles car admittedly but £70k for a non RS 997.1 is good money.

Maybe the 991 saga is dragging up traditional GT3 prices.

I hope the 997.1 GT3 prices are increasing but hopefully not on the back of the 991 GT3 misery

I think the 997 GT3 will increase in value over time purely because its the last of the manual GT3's

That certainly is a good price for a 997.1, but I suspect the ultra low mileage had a lot to do with it.

How could someone own a car like that and never drive it??? Madness, wish it was mine, I would definitely do more than 500 miles a year!!!!

Wouldn't be so sure, I only managed 1700 miles in mine last year, which is mainly why I sold it?

At only 10k more miles though, I wish I had held out for more than the low 50's I got for it !

Edit to add - I paid 2k less than that one, 3.5 years ago with only 5k miles on the clock - that is very stiff for a comfort spec car, no?

The flipside to this is I did over 10,000 miles in mine from March to November (2,500 miles of which were hooning around Europe, Alps, Switzerland, Austria etc etc) Awesome cars!

Fair play, that is decent usage of a GT3

I saw this car last week when I picked mine up from service (Paragon are brilliant BTW). It was in near perfect condition and the miles would also be the big factor - BUT - comfort spec, no PCCM... I'd want more than low miles for that price...

Now showing sold, can't help but think to maintain that value, it still won't be driven very much. I hope the new owner proves me wrong!!!
