You get the normal biscuity ones, but I worked with an electrician from Staffs who use to bring in ones that were a bit like thick pancakes. Very nice with a fried breakfast.

That's strange, as I never came across cheesy chips until I moved down south. Chips with gravy was my preferred choice!

No, any old chippy. The canteen at my (northern) uni did chips and gravy, which was a staple part of my diet!
