I have been trying for ten days now to get my email address reset for the classifieds - i try to log in to classifieds and it says my email is not recognised so i cannot get my password reset, and then when i try to register my email address it tells me it is already in use!

This happened to me last year when i was selling my last car and i ended up listing it elsewhere - do pistonheads not want my business?

I have emailed both tech support who seem to have a 7 day turnaround time and am getting a bit fed up with what should be a fairly simple thing to carry out!!

Have you tried logging in as Bigbox instead of your e-mail address?
