Been looking at the Elite Muin, know there are some similar products from Lemond. Just wondered what peoples experiences are with them. I'm looking to use it for pre-event warm up, cyclocross and the odd crit, with maybe some training done on it when I want a change from the rollers.

What me ? whistle

I'm just trying to sort my rubbish start and first couple of laps, and just think a better warm up would help.

A mates got the Lemond, really rates it- however it is 100 decibels and above during an "effort".

They are also really, really heavy due to the flywheel- if you want something to warm up on by the track then rollers are going to be easily the most practical things to use.

You need to work on that start. When my crap start beats your crap start you know that you are in trouble. First test next week.

That means an extra set of wheels, and space is getting tight in the car as it is.
