New M135 - best discounts?

I'm looking at getting another M135i, there seem to be some goods deals around, some achieving 18% off! Can anyone recommend a good dealer/ sales person to cut through all the usual spiel and get straight down to numbers!

I'd love an individual colour, is this possible? I have santorini Blue on my mind off the M3!
