A little DVLA / car not in dtatbase help

Hey all, if you were looking for quotes for a car, and in half of online insurances your car wasnt found and the DVLA lists it as a transit van , does this sound dodgy ?. Would you buy the car ?. Seems like a world of confusion when ever taxing or entering reg details in the future.

The car should be a 1.8 focus , seems fully legit and had a HPI check etc. Low miles , full MOT history.

Not sure on the dvla issue but the insurance side might be because it was a parallel import. My Golf GTD is I think and I have similar issues occasionally. I just find the insurers who do recognise it (most of them)
