Can you put a T5 box in a wedge?

I believe so, but it's a lot of work - bellhousing, prop, re-postion shifter etc. Why would you want to? The T5 may have a nicer shift, but it's not without problems (5th gear?).

I believe the T5 also needs chassis mod's, hasn't Steve heath got one in his monster ??

You can sort out that 5th gear issue.

If I started again on my resto I'd go T5.

Far nicer that the stock Rover box.
