New car collected - 140 miles done.

I collected the car from Mortimers yesterday morning. And 
Drives very nicely. My initial thoughts are 70% what an Ultima gives in excitement and drama etc and 30% GT car. So much more usable than an Ultima.
I am slowly compiling a list of jobs to do. Nothing major. Hard wiring a trickle charger, touching up some under bonnet paint & fitting white side repeaters. That sort of thing.

Well it's not bad I suppose, it would have looked better sitting on my driveway though ! Not that I'm bitter on this beautiful hot sunny day !!!

Yes I did, it was the next one on my list, sold the day before I phoned the owner, A nice blue 4.5 appeared for sale in Kent which looked good but upon an hpi check is was a Cat d, but this wasn't put in the advert, you'd think an owner would declare this first, plus he doesn't answer his mails anyway , so , next Sunday I hope to drive up to the blue S6 in chesire which looks very nice!

So far so good. We have done the Rutland Rumble & Burleigh meet. Stoneleigh Kit Car Show and P&J Meet at Beaulieu last weekend.
I'll put another 70-100 on this weekend. Then on 18th May we are at the Caring With Cars event near Bristol. Le Mans Classics is planed in July too.
They do like getting driven.
So far so good. We have done the Rutland Rumble & Burleigh meet. Stoneleigh Kit Car Show and P&J Meet at Beaulieu last weekend.
I'll put another 70-100 on this weekend. Then on 18th May we are at the Caring With Cars event near Bristol. Le Mans Classics is planed in July too.
They do like getting driven.
