soft top renovator

Having removed the hard top from my 986 this weekend I have decided that the soft top could do with a spruce up -
Can anyone recommend a cleaner and waterproofer -

Renovo's good, can shrink the soft top slightly though from experience, but brings up a nice colour, mine had turned a bit gray instead of black and Renovo sorted it out

For taking off birdst, fluff and other bits of crap give Meguiars Cabriolet cleaner a try from Halfords or auto factors

Fabsil is good as a waterproofer, I used it on my TT roadster. You can get it from camping stores, get the tin not spray and use a paintbrush. It darkens it slightly but is more suited to weatherproofing.

I used this and no hard top this winter. Lots of nice beading on the roof when it rained.
