eBay will get you lots of cheap advertising but as you say you will get 100 numptys for every genuine person.

Pistonheads is better for not being messed around but your audience may be less?

I would put it on eBay 99p no reserve. This will get you lots of interest. However you obviously reserve the right to end the auction early as it is advertised elsewhere.

PH is the best place IMHO especially if you are a known Wedge owner - its free if you've been a member for 2 years.

Obviously if you want an auction its only the one site... and a bit more left field is gumtree and local press.

You can try TVRCC if you're a member or carandclassic but I reckon 80%+ of the market must look at PH ?

Alternatively I'll give you a private valuation with the cash in my pocket wink

Good luck, Paul.

Are you sure about that? I've been a member for nearly four years but I still had to pay. It wasn't expensive though. Only £12.00 for a whole month.

I've been a member for 5 years and it charged me the other day when I put the wedge up for sale on here. As you say £12 isn't bad though.

Yes, I have had similar problems too, but always managed to resolve it by trying a few different things. For the user name you can also use your website address and for the password be careful you are not using cap lock when it's set to capital letters. Because you can't see the password being typed in, it's very easy to make that mistake. Then I think there is a certain amount of time the advert remains in 'applied for' before it's accepted. If you try a few different ways I'm sure you'll get there eventually.
