IT is what I am in (well, plastic IT, as that is how my role feels). I guess googling for agencies is the way forwards?
I used the government jobsearch website and 'indeed' to look for jobs. I never registered a CV with any of the sites. Once you find an interesting role, it doesn't take much to work out who the company (or at least the local agency) are and ping off an email with your CV.
My CV, while interesting, I doubt would get picked up by the big online resources who I expect use algorithms to create shorlists but, to a small company, an enthusiastic and relevant email can make all the difference.
