Sell my griff to get either tuscan or tamora?
Discussion
When was the last time you drove your Griffs ?
I go through this thought process every winter, then I drive the Griff and think I must have had a bit of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and a damned good drive with the roof down has replenished my Vitamin D and all is well in the world again and I can't for the life of me think why I'd sell the Griff.

To get a Tamora !!!! :-)I go through this thought process every winter, then I drive the Griff and think I must have had a bit of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and a damned good drive with the roof down has replenished my Vitamin D and all is well in the world again and I can't for the life of me think why I'd sell the Griff.
I came from a Chim 450 to Tamora, the difference in handling and composure on the road was like night and day. I found that I can drive the Tamora a lot quicker, and go round corners a lot safer than I ever dared in the Chim. I suspect the Griffith would garner more or less the same experiences.

neither of you are far from me....pop over and have a good look around a tam if you want to ...though mine isn't for sale
That'd be great, I may very well do that thanks!
I guess for me I just can't shake the feeling that I want something that looks more up to date than the griff. Sometimes I look at it and hate the simplistic roundedness of it compared to the more contemporary styling of the Tamora, though I accept that I'd be losing something classic and iconic. I guess with the griff people who weren't aware of them may say "wow, that's lovely, what is it?" Where as with the Tamora they may say "wow, that's lovely; what is it, some sort of MG?"...

Wondering whether to sell my Griff to get a tuscan or tamora. My budget will be what I may sell my Griff for.
Is that a wise decision or not? Is there any one out there thinking of selling?
Keep the Griff, buy a Tam as well - there's always a way (eg do you really need two kidneys?)Is that a wise decision or not? Is there any one out there thinking of selling?
Alternatively, save up until Ant has owned his for 7 more years and done all the work, then buy it off him..

Sorry but you have confused me but that's not hard, I might be reading your reply wrong
Tuscans & Tamoras have remove able roofs
T350,s don't have fully remove able roofs but do have Targa tops
Probably my wording Gary.Tuscans & Tamoras have remove able roofs
T350,s don't have fully remove able roofs but do have Targa tops
What I meant was I get itchy every winter and start thinking about getting something different or newer - probably a Tamora or a Tuscan too, because I'm a no roof kind of guy - but then I go out in the Griff and fall back in love with it again.
