I would suggest that we do a Sunday breakfast run to Umea sometime ( Mmmmm, reindeer sausages ), but the price of beer up there in Maffeland
is a bit steep.
I think that's why he comes to join us on the Eurotours.

Although there are plenty of other things I should be doing, out of interest I entered Umea as the destination into my All of Europe magical marvel satnav thingy, and after a long time thinking about it, it came up with this.....

"The route is too long. Navigation instructions are added as you approach the destination."



It did get to 95% of the way though, so it can't be that far Shirley?

It says 1389 miles, but I think that's just to Stockholm, because after that the indicated route is a straight line vector to Umea, looks like the path a seaplane would take.

So, who fancies a breakfast run then?
