Need to collect a front bumper from the US: Shipping options

What is the cheapest way to collect a front bumper from the states and import it to the UK? If anyone can recommend a shipping company it would be appreciated. I've tried a few of the big names but the dimensions are too large.

Personally, I just went for FedEx as it's door-to-door, simple enough although the shipment was $800+.

I found some very competitively priced services in the end. Here they are for anyone else wishing to do similar:

1) Ron at www.stsimports.co.uk - Price is £120 + Duty (3.5%) & VAT (20%). You will need to get your item to Florida first.
2) Paul Gandy at www.worldfreight.co.uk - £290 + Duty (3.5%) & VAT (20%). Door to door service.

I posted a pair of car seats to California a few years back. Big cardboard box, plenty of gaffer tape, and took 'em in to the local post office. Surface mail was about £90.

As previously posted, Ron at STS imports is the way to go
