Can someone explain a these terms on a personal lease pls

Looking for a small lease hire for the misses and the site I'm looking at states this:

Additional Terms & Conditions:
Please note you MUST meet one of the following criteria to qualify for the rates quoted on Personal Contract Hire. If you do not qualify for these rates we can still provide a competitive quote.
•Business Owner or Legal Director of a corporate entity.
•Professional Partner (e.g solicitor, accountant, medical practitioner etc).
•Employee receiving a cash allowance in place of a company car.
•If you receive a fuel or mileage allowance from your employer.

Would all these terms not relate to a Business lease??

I still dont get it, she falls in none of those bracket so these means she cant get a personal lease??
Why would a lease company request this critia on a personal lease??

They want to increase the chances of being paid and going through to the end of they agreement. They wouldn't know if a company gave you an allowance though so not sure how they could check.

It's simple, if you don't meet one you don't qualify for the prices they quoted. You have to tell them and get a quote more reflecting your circumstances. It's all in your post, pretty simple.
