Multicar insurance homework

Just after a bit of informed wisdom, i'm looking to insure two cars.

Porsche 944 Turbo and Mk1 MX5, both modified.
I've 10 years no claims.
Neither is used for commuting.
No more than 5000 miles in either over the next 12 months.
The Porsche is garaged, MX5 on the drive.

The options as i see it:

Multicar policy.

Classic limited mileage policies and forget about the no claims for now. The misses may get a motor in the next year or so and i think the no claims is good for another two years.

Standard policy using the no claims on the MX5 & classic policy on the 944.

Before i start ringing round just thought i'd get some thoughts on the most economical way of doing this?
