So your eating 350 in the daytime and then aiming to throw 1150 down you before you go to bed in the evening? Seems a bit backwards to me!
My calorie suggestion was only a guide in response to the poster above. This thread is more about your healthy dishes that I can nab from you.The thing is, you say healthy but you also say your training, are you eating before or after training and what kind of training are you doing?
Whats healthy and not all depends on what your goal is, if its weight loss you just need a low sugar and fairly low fat diet with a healthy balance of carbs and protein at the right time of day.
If your weight traing, you want to eat carbs for breakfast only with plenty of protein staggered throughout the day with very little to no sugar.

Well, I have chicken with salad leaves and couscous with some kind of seasoning. Or for more calories, oatcakes with salad leaves and chicken. But both are pretty bland for the average person. I only eat this because it suits my goals. But after eating it, you may gnaw your colleague's arm off.

Alot of his things tend to be a cleak bulk. If you want to lose weight then make sure its as part of a daily deficit. He's by no means jamie oliver, most of his things tend to be chicken breast that's coevered in seasoning and grilled. Alot of his foods is done so he as a fairly clear idea of his rough calories/macros. Things like boil in the bag rice just make it easier as the packaging clearly shows how many cals in a serving etc..
In the grand scheme of things you could still eat oven chips & chicken nuggets, or KFC. As long as its all part of a deficit.
