Looking for 16" teledials.
Discussion
Anybody out there got a set of (944) 16inch teledials, hopefully with some usable rubber? If you put 17" on you may have them gathering dust.
I'm after a spare set of wheels which will match my existing ones.
And whilst I'm about it my current tyres are dunlop SP sports (came with the car). Any good? They are apparently quite cheap.

Be aware they changed the offset of 16" teledial rims for the 1987 model year, in order to make some room for ABS sensors. Your 944 turbo seems to be a 87 model year so you're looking at wheels with an offset of 52.3 mm. Details here
Erg... thanks. The car was registered in Jan 1987. However it appears to have ABS becuase when I turn the ignition on there is a light about the ABS system on the dashboard. Does that gaurantee the ABS is there?
I'm actually not sure exactly how I can tell if the ABS is working properly. Should it be impossible to lock the wheels?

Try a perfectly dry road and make an emergency braking. You should feel some vibrations through the brake pedal and hear some unusual hydraulic/mechanical noise.
PS : The equipment code of ABS is 593. Check the sticker in the boot or in the maintenance manual (red) of you car.
