Anyone had problems with the sensor when fitting the new spindles?? Garage having a few issues with calibration, any answers??

When you spin the front wheel does the green led flash? If not then it may not be earthing properly through the nut.

Garage fitted my spindles while doing a few other jobs,so I don't know about the flashing light. I found the speedo jumping about and generally not reading the correct speed, back to the garage and this has resulted in having the sensor replaced, just wondering if anyone else has had this out of the group buy as I haven't heard any problems as a result of replacing??

The sensors just pack in , I'm on my second !! They need to be the correct distance Away from the spindle teeth though to work correctly !!

Yep, not long after removing and refitting my sensor it packed up. Cost me about £75 from Jetstream and I set the gap about 1mm.

I had Jetstream Dave replace mine after it stopped working during a trip to the ring & spa. Now less than 18 months on I think it may be on its way out again!
