Folks, to save me researching, can I pick some brains please?

What are the must have ootions on an Aventador ?

And are there any issues with these cars that have been kept low key ?

Sports exhaust is a must, and in my opinion the 20/21 inch wheels make a world of difference however tyres are more expensive!

I would also recommend the Glass engine compartment lid as it really shows of the engine, and makes it slightly easier to see out of the rear window.

Also parking sensors is a good option as it helps with resale (if you ever want to sell it). Because most of the buyers are mainly found in the cities (London etc) and they like to have them for town parking.

Agree with all posts Mosi - Get the Factory sports upgrade (and sign the disclaimer!), the Roadster 20/21" wheels transform the cars looks and handling - glass engine cover is a must - as is front and rear parking sensors. If you are going for a later model - with the suspension upgrades - and the stop/start with cylinder deactivation (not terribly interesting) - but I get so bored of filling up (even though the fuel tank is smaller than Murci/Diablo) - if you pootle in traffic - it really does make a big difference running on just one bank of cylinders - and you can see it flipping from left to right cylinder banks and vice versa!).

Just my thoughts!

Electric seats are the only way to get height adjustment (if you are short/tall).

The O/P will definitely need the adjustable seats, he's a micro dwarf! Electric booster seat will probably be the best option, along with extended pedals.

but you sit much lower in the car, with the manual seat....for me much better driving position, same as the 12c and 650, with elc sets just sit to high

A fat backside! The Aventador is so uncomfortably sprung - how do owners cope? I went in a friend's and was bouncing so much I couldn't talk without my voice jiggling. I'm well used to hard riding cars but that just seemed unnecessary.

They changed the suspension on later cars to stop this, was like a kangaroo down the road once it picked up one bounce on the earlier cars.

Can confirm, this was fixed on post MY2013 cars and also the Roadster. Also having to 20/21" wheels makes a difference too, as I believe the suspension set up has been slightly softened, in comparison to the launch cars.....

The only must have option on an Aventador, is the car itself!
