AV amp/ web TV

So I'm looking, and have been for a while, at some of the yamaha range of AV amps in the £500~ bracket.
I'll be using it with a cambridge audio blu-ray player, 50" panasonic plasma, celestion A1's for both music & movies. I'll also need some centre/rear speakers so advise on them please.
One thing thats brought this to a necessity is I plan to watch the motoGP via net - will the current networked AV amps permit this or do I need another box? My man maths says if so that justifys the amp right away
