Pedal extentions for heel and toe?
Discussion
Can you buy longer and/or wider pedals to enable you to heel and toe more easily?
In my driving shoes i can only just get my foot across the two pedals of my car.
I have small feet and my driving shoes are very narrow.
What can i do?
I initially thought i was doing it wrong, but it seems that i am not.
(left part of foot on brake, right part on accelarator)
I guess what i am after is a reverse L that i can bolt onto the pedal, so they are closer together.
Cheers.

If you can't do it by covering both pedal, use the ball of your foot to brake and rotate your foot to catch the throttle with the outside of your heel. It all depends on the pedal spacing of the car, for my 106 Rallye I can cover both the brake and throttle with one foot, in some cars I have to rotate my footage (even with size 11 feet). Learn both ways so you don't have to worry about modifying your car.

In that case, the throttle is too short, its the same size as the brake. Can i get an extender to make it longer?
I have tried both methods. The method you mentioned, 2/3 times i miss the accelerator.

It's worth remembering that in some cars, the pedals are just too poorly spaced to make H&T possible at all. I suppose you could get some big slip on pedal extenders from Demon Tweeks or something to make a difference in some cars. It's more just a case of practice, until you get it right. Some cars just don't work some ways. In my Rallye, I couldn't possibly rotate my foot to blip the throttle, there isn't enough room and the pedals are too close together for the size of my feet. But I can easily cover both with one foot and rock my foot from side to side to brake and blip. If you are hitting the throttle 1/3rd of the time, you've proven you can do it so you just need to work on your accuracy. Can i get an extender to make it longer?
