Body Off Today

Hi All
Today it was body off so I can weld on the brake, fuel and oil hose brackets, Just about done with the chassis then out to the blasters next week, Not going to powder coat it , going to use the Zinger paint with a 2K top coat, Wish bones and trailing arms will be powder coated, need to get some CV joints this week so I can test fit the drive shafts. pictures when I get it painted

Why the two processes, Zinger and 2K everything?

Zinger is only available in a Zinc / ally colour, want to have it red, so a zinc colour painted red.

Think I have them sorted out, fit the twin Holley pumps today , half the pipes run, need a few extra fittings to finish.

Hi Alan, i meant why have powder coat wishbones etc. rather than Zinger and paint all of it?

I see what you mean, might just zinger it all and paint red, have the paint so I might just save a few quid.
