Today 22nd.

Had some mental 7 racing earlier and now on classic touring cars (lotus cortina's capri's, dolly sprint's, mk1 escorts etc)

Looks like a distracting day or racing tv

It's been good racing all day. And a good mix of cars and series.

Was a good days racing but didn't like the end... Serious accident, loads of emergency equipment on track in the back ground. Yet we got nothing, no details at all (motors tv picture froze before it happened and they then switched to adverts)

Need to know what happened as it looked like it could have been bad.

2 drivers involved, both are conscious but other than that just rumours of suspected injuries.

Todays television coverage of the BARC race meeting at Donington Circuit scored 12 out of 10!!! The timing was like a Swiss watch, and to all those involved, a very large thanks has to go to AMG Television Productions, the staff, & the marshals at Donington, the Clerk of the Course, and his team of helpers, the drivers and their teams, and anyone else that was involved with making the day so successful!! It just goes to show how possible it is to operate to a timetable, with very little time wasted between races, and a return to applying some simple common sense!! Maybe MSV would look closely to see how easy it is to achieve the same success! Well done everyone for such a professional showing, I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I hope that anyone involved in what looked to be a nasty finale to the day, escaped any serious injury, and not too much pain to their purse!!

......... I omitted to heap some praise on how well David Addison and Charlie Butler-Henderson performed, and how professional Charlie came across!!!

Was an exceptionally well run meeting and quite a decent crowd for a cold winters weekend. Couple of external videos of some of the action in the Max5 and MGOC races from one of the Redgate suites.

MotorsTV usually re-run the coverage and also produce a highlights show plus I heard they are now Free on Freeview smile

Glad to read that. Jenny Gow seemed pretty shaken up and it didn't feel good with the programe ending as it did.

Shame as it was a fantastic afternoon of motorsport, and has got me wanting to get to some proper club racing this year.

Very good news.

That was one major impact from what little i have seen and heard. Very glad to learn that they are well on the mend by the sounds of it.
