If I find out that someone has taken pics from my web-site & is now selling them for money, is there anything I can do about it ?

There are no disclaimers/copyright notices on my site (yet - but I'm going to add one later), so suspect that it's just tough luck.....

Also, is there anyone that can recommend a good/cheap application that I can use to water mark my pics (like the pics on www.evo.co.uk)

How about trying on of these:

Ais Watermark or Photowatermark Pro. As for the legal issues, you make be best asking that question on General Gassing.

If you have Photoshop handy you can do it with that.

Has posted on General gassing - thanks

As for water marking - I've downloaded both & see which I get on with - thanks.

Photoshop is asking for an upgrade license key to use the watermarking function though ?
