997 turbo gen 2 lights

Hi All I have a customer that has a 997 turbo that has the original Gen2 lights fitted and worked ok,until rear lights started to short due to water ingress.The supplier had sent the superceeded clear LED light clusters,which the indicators only work with Ignition on,but will not work with engine running.
Original change carried out by Oakley Design
All coding has been checked and ok.

There is supposed to be a fix by moving some of the wires around.

Anybody advice would be greatly appreciated
