Good name for a Studio

Right, we have almost finished building a recording / rehearsal studio at our Widnes site.
I'm told that it's a great layout and should prove very popular and we involved some very talented musicians throughout the design and lay out.
Apart from a general rehearsal area, we have also installed a vocal booth and a drum booth.
Anyway, the place has so far been generally called the Hub or Mission Control by those that have used it to date but now that we are about to market it, I'd really like a short and catchy name for the website etc.
Oh and it's at Widnes in Cheshire but no s
tty suggestions please.
We had planned to use The Hub but there seem to be so many Hubs about that I think it has to change.

Like any product or service, it depends on your audience…
You could go with a purely functional name. For example, Widnes Recording Studios Ltd. Or Davel’s Recording Studio … etc. Does what it says on the tin.
Is it in a rural or semi-rural setting? If so, then consider a name like The Old Barn, The Manor, The Farmhouse, The Retreat… etc. These names evoke the image of a ‘get away from it all and immerse yourself completely in the music’ type place.
Is the studio in a converted building? Then how about, The Office, or The Church, or The Factory, etc….
Is there a particular feature nearby that people know? Then how about, Riverside Studio, or Crossroads, or The Junction… etc
Or just go random. Blue Banana. Silver Box. Magnetic Fields… etc
And good luck!

It's on our Industrial Estate and is a converted office building of 650 sq.ft.
The estate is out of town but in a newly designated Widnes Waterfront area - although you can't see the water.
It's not at all a picturesque spot and so Waterfront Studio makes it sound much nicer than it is.
Having said that, we have installed drums in the booth and amps etc., in the studio, along with the recording gear.
It's a plug and play situation, where people just bring their guitars etc., and plug straight in.
We can supply extra musicians, sound recording technicians and even an entire band for vocalists, so it's all pretty exciting really.

Not really. I've spent years in rehearsal studios & at the jobbing band level, they're nearly always decrepit & badly equipped. This leads me to believe there's not a lot of money in it. As far as I can tell, it's all evenings & weekends for your average practice room business.Justin Cyder said:

We're working on that basis.It hasn't taken a major investment really. We own the site and the building already so no big cost there. We have done much of the portioning and sound proofing ourselves and much of the equipment has been made available by those involved in the project.
Hopefully, as it takes off, more income will be re-invested. The intention is to provide a facility and cover its own costs not to make big profits.
My 18 year old daughter has achieved grade 8 acoustic and grade 8 rock guitar , she is studying for grade 7 piano and plays the fiddle too (but not all at the same time).
She is studying music at College before going to Uni next year. She is involved in this and I think it'll be a great experience for her.
And wouldn't it be amazing if some up and coming band cut a few tracks there which really took off.
