Firstly sorry for the delay but there is a limit to how many mails can be sent in one day so I have had to do it over a few days as there are 51 people at the moment.

I have been trying to send e-mails to everyone to let you know where to send money etc but cant get through to the following people:

It appears your e-mail address isnt correct as it wont let me send, please send an e-mail to me via my profile giving your e-mail address and I will reply.

ALSO anyone that has not yet received an e-mail from me please e-mail me so I can send you details.

Lets hope we can get a few more interested so we can increase the prize fund, spread the word.

Please send the cheques ASAP as we are hoping to hold the draw on the weekend of the 4th/5th of December which is only 8 days away Which will give plenty of time before Xmas to enjoy your winnings.

I also think there should be a rule that no one can win more than one prize?? As I think the more winners and the more the money is spread around the better. So anyone with two entries (me included) can only win one prize, so if the your name is drawn out for a second time it will be discarded??!! I think IF this happens you are far too lucky anyway and dont need the extra money

Anyone not agree with this??

We are hoping to hold the draw this weekend at Offord Motor Company who have kindly agreed to do it for us. In order to follow this through we need ALL the cheques to arrive as I dont want to issue IOU's to people!!! Here is a list of the people who have paid so far, if you havent sent the cheque by now please do so, as the postal system is not great and we need them before Friday.

We are upto 54 entries at the moment and as far as I know all but two are going for two entries, so that will mean a prize fund of £1060.....nice one!

Come on those who are not on the list above get your finger out, who wants to be the one that holds things up, I will name and shame!!!!!!!

Can I just say IF you are running a little late and are just about to send off your cheque, please write your PH name somewhere so I know who its from. It takes quite a bit of time to work out whos who from just your real name

Just posted a note on your 'Bye' thread regarding this. Sorry Kev but we cant wait until you get back to do the draw that would be too close to Xmas, surely you could drop it in the postbox tonight!!!

From experience it will get messy if I start putting money in for people that havent yet paid! It isnt as if I have just asked for the cheque to be sent today!

Let me know if you will send or not so I know to expect it.

I posted on the thread at the top of the S page a short while ago.

I have been off work last week after hurting my back and hadn't got your e-mail until late so I said that I'd send it on to you when I got back after the 14th. Will that be too late?

I haven't packed a thing yet as I've been snowed under since coming back to work on MOnday, hence tonight I'll be packing for an early flight tomorrow. I'll endeavour to get logged on and get your address and write a cheque and go out to a post box but the packing has to get done and I can't see it happening until I get back to be honest!

If the 14th(ish) is too late then don't worry and perhaps we will do the same next year?

Just say if it's not OK, I won't be offended!

ANyway, thanks for your address which I managed to write down before it crashing on me.
