Just wondering if anybody else has had these

Was upgraded when they installed at our new address (about 5 weeks)

It has been randomly resetting itself at intervals, and then on Saturday decided to just constantly reboot....from starting up screen it just reboots to the same screen and no further

Support said that they were sending a signal which would fix but didn't. They are now sending an engineer tomorrow evening (4 days with no telly!!)

Any ideas or experiences?

As I have recently signed a new contract for the house move, so would be interested to know if there is a known issue

Had my Virgin TiVo box a couple of months, and I've noticed whenever I use the I-player, it keeps buffering which is very annoying, especially since my V+ box never ever did that. And when you use the Youtube app, it only brings up about 25 search results!
