Strange Paint/Wrap Effect?!

I noticed this at 3:43 and it's a rather cool effect ... How is it achieved? Some sort of wrap?

I think it's a mirror-silver wrap and then a bunch of multicolour LED strips embedded in key spots.

Not as cool as the Tron Lamborghini though!
