Coolant ?

Does some one know quantity and type of coolant to use in a cerb with an alloy rad?

I use
Comma red long life
5 Years Longlife Protection.
Ethylene glycol based concentrate.
Silicate free with Organic Additive Technology.
50/50 mix with distilled water.
Going on for 12 litres I think. Just partly drained mine to replace water rails and drained off eight litres.
