As above, mine are pretty stuck and don't want to scrape them with grips.

I wrapped the grips in tape. No scratches.

What exactly are you referring to?

The plastic red/silver wheel cap on M12's? The hub nut or the wheel nuts?

Hub nut is 32mm, wheel nut is 19mm, the plastic cap looks quite big, probably 40mm but not 100% sure.

If it's the large nut that covers the normal wheel nuts then it's 60mm I think. If the nuts are seized then the crap plastic spanner won't be man enough and you'll need to tape them up and use grips of a 60mm socket (if you can get one!).
Make sure you grease them up when you refit and then the plastic spanner gets them off dead easy.

The large nut that goes on last holds the plastic cover.

On this subject where do we get the plastic cover under the big plastic nut?I seem to have craked one in a pothole!
