Hi guys does anyone know what an army Lynx was doing over Bedford today? I saw it a few times once coming over my village at 9-10am and pretty sure it was landing in town when I was doing the school run.
Pretty sure it landed to the east of town centre. Not lived here long but pretty sure the only bases are RAF and have long since been closed although the Cardington hangers get a private helicopter every now and then.
Combined Cadet Force (CCF) function at Bedford School? I know they've had Army Air Corps helicopters in there before. The coming and going would suggest it was giving air experience flights.
