possible android issue with PH.....cant upload pictures

This may or may not be a actual website problem, and just something that Android have screwed but anyway ....
Use two gadgets mainly for browsing, a nexus7 and a HTC one. Recently noticed that I couldn't use the upload a picture feature on PH with the nexus running kitkat, the box to select a image would pop up, but pressing it to browse my pics did nothing, couldn't really see why by looking at the settings, so reverted to the phone whenever I needed to post a picture on. Now having just received the kitkat upgrade for the HTC, I realise that's the issue as I now have the same problem with both device's, anyone else running android kitkat and can upload pictures to PH?
Also just noticed when replying to a thread and choosing the quote all option, only the last post gets quoted, and not the previous one's.

Cheers LG, what android you running JB or kitkat?
I'm on desktop site not the mobile version.

Right its a browser issue as if i change to chrome it works, so it's boat browser which I use that's the problem.
