Since buying my Aston V8V I've become obsessed with cleaning it but have a few areas of the car that need some attention but not sure what products and process to use.

Engine bay
Engine bay looks like it needs a slight freshen up. Plastics look dull etc so is there any products I should use for cleaning/detailing the engine bay? Can you use regular products?

Interior leather
There is a lot of leather and I am guessing it will need treating to keep it looking it's best. What's the best leather cleaning/treating products and how often to you guys treat the leather?

Seat scuffs
Since owning the car there are already 2 very small white scuffs showing on the drivers seat. Any tricks for treating these to keep them looking their best?

Brake discs
Not sure you can even do this but can you get any products to tidy up brake discs? They are fine but I noticed that whenever I see a Aston approved car that has just been prepped the brake discs seem to be covered in a white sort of dressing and always look very tidy. Is this something you can do to remove any surface rust after cleaning?

Try engine degreaser and wash followed by 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Use Gliptone or Zymol leather cleaner and conditioner

Look at scuffmaster products. If used as instructed give a great finish and seats look new.

Use zinc paint.

engine bay - I use ACF50

leather scuffs - liquid leather scuffmaster kit

leather treatment - liquid leather conditioner

brake disc hubs - paint with silver smooth hammerite at service time (many indies do this as standard, dealers dont seem to notice as its not on the checklist)
