Spare Day and a Half

Dear PHer's

I have a slight problem my son is buggering off to see his girlfriend, my wife has gone to Newcastle for the weekend and I have an F430 that needs thrashing. I live on North Norfolk Coast I am looking for some good roads to drive Saturday and Sunday willing to get a hotel Saturday night does anyone have any suggestions on where to go? I am slightly bored of my usuals in my area so trying to find some new ones.

Darren (iluvmercs) is probably the one to ask but I don't know of any up this way. I usually head for the area between Norwich and Ipswich.

- Yorkshire Dales
- North York Moors
- Northumberland/Scottish Borders

I can recommend the latter. Most people seem to pass through rather than appreciating what it has to offer.
