£10,000 For A Registration

I've posted this here as the reg in question is photoshopped onto a Griff in the ad.

Asking £10,000 (all but fiver) for 'B12 UTL'. Apparently it say 'BRUTAL' in a bad light, crosswind and if you squint like this .

Is it just me or.............?
