GT3 air flow meter
Discussion
Evening,
As is the way with airflow meters, the absence of a warning light and their gradual reduction in performance makes them difficult to spot when faulty.
My GT3 has started holding back a little when pottering around at 30mph in third, almost like a very light hesitation/miss. Cars fine on full throttle/part throttle, issue only arises on very light openings. Same story when stationary an trying to maintain a constant rpm. I have replaced MAFs on loads of other cars, I take it Porsche won't be any different?
I think I'll have a job trying to get the part under warranty, as unless you 'know' the car as I do, you would think its fine.
Anyone else replaced their MAF? If so where from for the best price.
Cheers lads,
Stevie
