Evening,

As is the way with airflow meters, the absence of a warning light and their gradual reduction in performance makes them difficult to spot when faulty.

My GT3 has started holding back a little when pottering around at 30mph in third, almost like a very light hesitation/miss. Cars fine on full throttle/part throttle, issue only arises on very light openings. Same story when stationary an trying to maintain a constant rpm. I have replaced MAFs on loads of other cars, I take it Porsche won't be any different?

I think I'll have a job trying to get the part under warranty, as unless you 'know' the car as I do, you would think its fine.

Anyone else replaced their MAF? If so where from for the best price.

Cheers lads,
Stevie

Welcome to a shot of mines if you want to come up and swap it. Make it Saturday and you could come to the Porsche rolling road day at the same time!

Maybe take a wee run up one day through the week if the GT3 is kept at the garage?
