To be honest him crossing the white line was not the problem. He had a clear view and there was no danger.

He did however take the corner too quickly with poor positioning. We all learn though.

Yes, it's poor... but being fair to the biker, he's taking the criticism on the chin and trying to do the right thing now. Showing "how I ballsed up" is a good way of preventing others doing the same.

I had a near miss this morning with a Mini doing the same trying to overtake a cyclist. Fortunately I anticipated an issue and had a cycle lane to swerve into as she headed towards me... Wish she'd watched this one before going to work this morning.
