Retro-fitting Electric Power Steering (EPS)

Does anyone on here have experience of retro-fitted electric power steering to their non-PAS Griff or Chim? There are a number of threads from clever souls who have fitted Corsa parts themselves successfully. This is not what I’m talking about as this is way beyond my DIY capabilities. Racing Green used to do a conversion, but they no longer offer this service – contrary to their website info.
Dutch company, EZ Electric Power Steering, specialise in retro fitting of EPS, largely for the classic car market. They will supply a kit only or supply and fit by their UK agent in Devon. I’m not asking for feedback on the company as I’m sure they’re perfectly fine and such a request would probably transgress PH rules. What I am asking is for feedback on any experience of living with this product over time. How do people get on with it? It seems to offer many advantages over the original hydraulic system with few disadvantages. (Apart from originality, of course.)
It’s not cheap (one of the disadvantages) but if your car’s a keeper it will make low speed manoeuvres a lot easier over the years. Any and all feedback greatly appreciated.

I recently built a Darrian, and fitted a Corsa B electric column direct to the Imp rack.
The speed sensor was wired to an adjuster, so I had a dash control for the weight of steering.
Other options are.......MGF, Suzuki Swift (very compact) and Fiat Panda (2 speed steering, from a button.)
Should be easy to retro fit any one of these columns.
