How the hell do you even begin to decide what car to get....

Just me, or is everyone else completely indecisive about cars?

Seems to be getting worse as I get older, I used to know exactly what I wanted next. went out, found one, and enjoyed it.

As I've got older, and perhaps the budgets for cars have expanded a little and the choice is a little richer, I haven't a clue what to get any more...

Case in point... later this year I will be in the very fortunate position to spend the most money I've ever done on a car, a fairly large chunk of change capable of getting some rather nice motors... so far the "short" list (which grows on a daily basis) is..

Tuscan "3" / T2-convertible
Sagaris
V8 Vanquish
F-Type V6s
XKR
Corvette Z06
Dodge Viper of some description (more research required)
GT3 (996)
GT3 RS (996)
Turbo 997
R8 v8
Gallardo
F360

This essentially amounts to everything that has taken my fancy over the last 10-12 years.

yes, yes, First world problems etc...

If my six numbers came up I'd have every last one of them! but how to choose "the one"... I suppose I could always just work through the list over the next few years, take a hit on price on some, may even turn a modest profit on some of the other with luck...

conversely I find choosing a daily drive a piece of piss. Takes me about ten minutes. Weird!

The better the car you've got, the harder it is to choose a new one.

I suggest getting yourself a clunker for a month's continuous use. Then choose a new car!

I went for my dream car bonus I could afford it I could buy it now gone up in value far to much.

So I got lucky, 'EVERY MILE IS A SMILE' factor.

The luxury of a lottery win for me would be the opportunity to try loads of different cars, not having to settle for one at a time and not worrying about depreciation so much.
