Hi all,im looking to get a 36,000ml service and the cambelt changed.
Its outside of the 3yr warranty,so do I get it done at the Northern alfa center,in tickhill near Rotherham,or do I take it to Piccadilly fiat in wakefield?
I have no reviews of either place,has anyone used either? There is a large difference in price between the two,but I suspect the Abarth name allows one to charge more?

My wife has a 2012 one we bought new so still under warranty. We wanted to keep main dealer history so the 36k service (hit 36k last month) was coming in at £499 but we got them down to £379 with a bit of haggling. Apparently there's 5.5 hours labour and £200 of parts.

I was quoted £554 for the 36k service and £340 for the cambelt kit,it includes the water pump. The service takes 4hrs, I priced genuine parts at £150,so they,re charging £100 per hr,seems exspensive to me?

Keep at them, I got over £100 off. £525 is too expensive.

It would be nice to have a abarth stamp in the book,ill see if they will move on the price.

The guy at the northern alfa centre sounds like he knows his stuff and he has the abarths in frequently. I could get both jobs done much cheaper with him,would be nice to get some feedback on him though.

I found Picadilly in Knaresborough to be very good for our 500 twinair, and our Abarth.

Good service and reasonably priced IMO.
