Driving a car with a sequential box for the first time.

Hi all,

All being well I will be picking up my first car running a sequential box (Quaife 26z 5 speed dog box with no flat shift) on the weekend and I was wondering what advice you have for treating it nice on the 125 mile A-road trip home?

I have no clue what will put it at risk and how to treat it nice. Do I use the clutch and treat it like a normal box?

I do ride sports bikes and do plenty of track time other cars if that is relevant?
