After reading the fuse 22 removal threads I subsequently rushed down to the old girl and attempted to take it out.

I was looking for the furthest 20A fuse to the right however mine doesnt have a fuse with 20 on it on the right? There us a fuse in there that is blank of numbers? Same one you think?

The manual is no help either.

Yep, right handside. I've attached a link to a picture of the fusebox.

Not sure if the blank fuse is a replacement fir the one i'm after?

Yep, that's the one. The yellow one in slot 22.

It might just be blank because it's a different brand of fuse.

Ahh excellent. I was a bit worried that I was going to do something terminal. smile

Thanks for your help and apologies for any atrocious spelling / grammar; I'm trying to post this on my phone.

No worries. A pair of long nose pliers or a fuse remover should do the job.

BTW, the manual does help. Pages 10.33 to 10.36 list what all the fuses do. The boot fuses are on 10.36 (F22 | 20A | Exhaust by-pass valve and vacuum pump)

If you look >really< closely the number of the fuse should be etched in the plastic. smile

Both from the FAQ.. there is a link to a video...I cut and paste so if the link doesn't work try it from the FAQ

"Video guide for the Vantage here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyF82sj6TYc&fea...

And also that it changed number in 2012..

"Is now Fuse 3 in the Virage & Fuse 15 on +MY12.25 vantage"

OP - I notice your car is a 2011. In that case it'll probably be fuse 15 you need to remove (as I had to do in my MY11 V8V)
