Some assistance please.

Hi All,

Bought a 60 plate Focus RS on New Years Eve, it came with 3 months used car warranty from the main dealer Ford I got it from.

Since owning it they have replaced the radiator as it cracked and tonight the rear caliper seized on and the rear disc was glowing red.

It ran out of UCW on Monday just passed. Would they cover this under goodwill?

Give then a call and see. Ultimately outside of contract so their gift to give.

If not though a sticky caliper is bit too hard to sort.

No one can answer this,except the dealer in question.

Yea I know what your saying.

Its not the end of the world just a nightmare as I need it for Monday but now of course I wont have it.

Will see what happens tomorrow and update.

Problem solved, the misses is in bed so went out to the garage and stripped the caliper off.

Slides were a bit stick and the rubber gaitor a bit worse for wear, greased up and took the car a run and and no more sticky caliper.

Will still let Ford look at it tho.

Spoke to the Sales Manager about 30mins ago who will cover all repairs FOC.
