I see that www.regtransfers.co.uk have both W3DGE and W33DGE for sale. Make sure you're sitting down before you look at the prices though!

I was thinking about this sort of thing and was wondering about getting TVR280W (I have seen a car with TVR280X) but as my current car is a REALLY early one I have decided its more important to keep the current reg (PLA944W) as it ties the car into its place in TVR History, even if a Porsche Owner offers me a lot of money for it.

Yeah its cool Zig TVR280X is too new to put on my current wedge anyway....

Might be someone has taken into account a few transfer fees to put the price up that bit?

Also that is what they are asking, not what it will sell for? (who knows)

I've got B1OEM (Blow em) which i thought would suit a supercharged car best.

I looked at some of these, but all the good ones are too expensive, I did find a few that ended in TVR that were sort of affordable but I decided against it

Blast. Neither you can. That'll teach me to try to be a smarty pants after a glass of ale in the pub.

Nearly bought WED66E last month (sold for £950 + fees)...on for £6k now

W3DGE sold for £2100 in 2001.....

Too much wedge to spend on a Wedge IMHO.

Mine came with *442 TVR... the previous owner bought it for £250 IIRC, I have the paperwork (and the DVLA history of every reg. the car's ever had as well)... I always thought a TVR-owning footie fan might like it biggrin (apparently 4-4-2 is some sort of dance formation for the ball-kickers...confusedwink)

There's a valuation for my plate (TVR 39X on TVR 390SE) from Reg Transfers in my history saying they'd offer to seel it for £2000! Sheer lunacy - from what I can make out of available regs it'd be 800-1000 in the real world.
