gemini key fob replacement?

My 93 Chimaera gemini keyfob is a little tatty as you can see form the pic here -

It all works fine, just looks like a bit nasty.

Is anyone aware of a replacement i can get to swap the internals over with so i can loose the masking tape and glued on key ring bit etc?
