K series to 140 bhp

I am on the point of buying a k series roadsport 120. If it turns out that I'd like bit more umph how simple is it to increase power to about 140 bhp. What realistically should I expect in terms of cost to upgrade? I know it is nearly always cheaper to buy the car with the extra spec but I am having trouble finding a 140 ish power car in my price range. Mainly for road use with one or two track trips a year.

I started off with 140 and now have 201.7, all coutesy of DVA. Not sure about the history behind Sam919's comment - clearly there's a story there - but I've always found Dave Andrew's to be true to his word. Granted, I don't think I would want to go on holiday with him (or him with me for that matter) but I cannot fault the work h has done for me.
