70D or 7D

Next step after 600D, whittled it down to these two. Don't think I want to wait until 7D ii because it will be what, £1k? Both the above can be had for less than £700.

I believe the 70D has this great hd filming feature white 7D has HDR?

7d does not have in camera hdr.

What does your 600f4L not doing well enough?

Maybe wait a few months as 7D M2 is about to come out & is meant to be a beast.

The 7DII will cause a price drop on the mark one and an influx of them on to the second-hand market. I'd hang fire if I were you.
