I am considering getting some sort of protective film on my Vantage S Roadster - particularly as it is pearlescent white. Because of the colour I think I would need the panels completely covered to avoid the edges showing. I also wonder whether I should get the vulnerable carbon splitter protected? Has anyone tried this? Can anyone recommend a good company? I am based in Hampshire. Thanks.

Paintshield in Peterborough. I had the Xpel Ultimate fitted to my V12V. Had all the front end done including the carbon splitter. And it is so thin you can hardly see an edge on the car if you have say half the bonnet done. Plus it is self healing. Well worth the money.

No reason you can't protect the splitter, paintshield and armourfend both have kits for AM's AFAIK (I've got armourfend, but self-healing sounds cool!).

Thanks for the replies, good to know the splitter can be protected too. Mikey who fitted yours? Would you recommend them? I've sent a quote request to Paintshield in the meantime, but they are a bit of a sod to get to from the south coast...

+1 for Paintshield.

Ive just had it fitted to my DB9 following a respray to protect it, looks great, you cant see it, it self heals (they will give you a demo to show how it works - impressive), and its got a 5 year warranty.

Enough said. tongue out

Paintshield are second to none in what they do and the product that they have. The expel film that was on Simon's v12 is amazing stuff, however, paintshield are now using a gen 2 film, which is even thinner and has more clarity than even the expel. It still has the same healing abilities as the expel too. Anything else would be a waste of money, as over time it will get swirled up etc and will look crap. The paintshield film won't.
